淺草寺寶藏門 Sensoji Hozomon Gate

Hozomon is Sensoji’s inner gate on the route from Kaminarimon and Nakamise to the Main Hall. Its upper story and guardian statues are important parts of the temple view, while daytime and holidays bring larger crowds; choose early morning or evening for a slower visit. The camera is on a shop rooftop near Hozomon, facing the gate and Nakamise. Do not stop in the entrance when taking photos.
